United StatesI noticed after back surgery a few years ago that the ab bench at my gym was the only way I could do crunches without undue stress on the fused vertebrae. Turns out this Inspire Ab Bench is the same as my gym's. I use this daily at home. I admit I haven't been to the gym in months, so this is keeping my core strong.
