Top Fitness Wall Mounted Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar



Chin-ups are one of the best upper body resistance exercises around. Chin ups target your back and biceps, while still incorporating your abdominals, chest and grip strength. Making it perfect for burning calories and toning your body.


This Wall Mounted Chin Up Bar is secured in place with a four point mounting system that can be adjusted between 16" and 24" to accommodate different wall stud spacing. The bent bar allows a variety of grip positions and features a textured rubber wrap for extra grip and added comfort. Hammer grips are welded to the bar to allow even more workout variety.
