This Wall Mounted Chin Up Bar is secured in place with a four point mounting system that can be adjusted between 16" and 24" to accommodate different wall stud spacing. The bent bar allows a variety of grip positions and features a textured rubber wrap for extra grip and added comfort. Hammer grips are welded to the bar to allow even more workout variety.
