Drink Black Coffee

We all love to include something sweet in our day-to-day drinks and meals. However, for those on a diet, satisfying their caffeine craving becomes quite the challenge. Many people need coffee to survive the work week and starting a diet doesn’t mean you have to give it up. Do your best to avoid sugar, syrup, heavy cream, milk, and sweeteners. Instead, stick with black coffee. This may not sound very appealing, but it’s a small sacrifice you’ll need to make to stay on your diet and maintain your normal energy levels.
